Women’s Self Defense
Get Fit-Get Safe Program (6 weeks)
We have put together a special program that will teach you how to defend yourself to
SAVE YOUR LIFE !  Our program will teach you applicable self defense techniques
in a “real” world setting to survive a “real” attack.  Additionally, our program is combined with aerobic drills  that will improve your fitness. In today’s crazy world, the least you can do is  dedicate one hour a week to learn to defend yourself.
